Met een indrukwekkende lijst awards in verschillende categorieën werd het Nederlandse evenementenbureau Xsaga uitgeroepen tot 'Best Event Agency 2018' tijdens de 8ste Global Eventex Event Awards. Het Belgische Fast Forward Events kon op twee mooie overwinningen in de categorieën 'Best Live Show' en 'Best Sporting Event' rekenen.
De uitreiking van de awards gebereurde voor het eerst exclusief via een live streming. 155 deelnemers uit 35 landen gingen de strijd aan in 27 categorieën. 1400 kijkers volgend live het gebeuren via Facebook.
